The pattern plate is prone to shifting.


A. If the pattern disc rubs against other components at the edge, try adjusting the position of the pattern disc.
B. Motor wiring is broken; this can be resolved by replacing the motor wiring.

C. If the pressure roller is too tight, try adjusting its position and tension.

D. Circuit board failure can be resolved by replacing the circuit board.

Automatic defoaming (overheat protection)


A. Blower (or fan) failure can be resolved by replacing the blower (or fan).

B. Circuit board failure can be resolved by replacing the circuit board.

Strobe movement (cannot be turned off or the gate closed)


A. If the focus adjustment mirror slide is too tight, try applying a suitable amount of lubricant to the guide rod.

B. Motor wiring is broken; this can be resolved by replacing the motor wiring.

C. The focusing motor is faulty and can be resolved by replacing the motor.

D. Circuit board failure can be resolved by replacing the circuit board.

Focus adjustment and positioning


A. If the focusing mirror slide is too tight, try applying an appropriate amount of lubricant to the guide rod.
